The new guidance answers open questions on issues surrounding vaccines like:
- Can an employer require employees to get vaccinated?
- Can an employer incentivize employees to get vaccines?
- How much can employers encourage employees to get the vaccine?
- What can an employer do with information that employees provide about vaccination status?
