Earlier this week, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission provided additional information on religious objections to workplace vaccine requirements to its growing technical assistance manual. Thank you.

But, yesterday, one of the EEOC Commissioners emailed me the actual form that the EEOC uses to process religious accommodation requests.

THANK YOU!

Typically, the EEOC does not publicize its internal forms. However, the EEOC shared this resource given the extraordinary circumstances employers and employees face due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Between this new form, which helps document the entire accommodation process, and this one that the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force provided earlier, your business is good to go to document requests for employees seeking religious accommodations for COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Speaking of which, when will the government finally announce more details on the OSHA vaccine mandate for private employers of 100+ employees?

Sources tell me that it will be TODAY!
