Inspired by a quality discussion in my Facebook feed today, I’m thinking that some of you HR-compliance geeks probably have some good holiday party stories to share with me.
That’s right, for once, I’m going to live vicariously through you.
So, here are the rules — we lawyers always have rules, or “it depends,” or both:
- Email me your story.
- Don’t share with me anything that involves pending litigation or a confidentiality agreement.
- Heck, I don’t want to hear about anything unless the statute of limitations has expired.
- I’ll pick my Top 5 and share them (with names and other identifiers redacted) tomorrow.
