What’s next? I’m a founding partner of one of the largest law firm launches in American legal history.

I am thrilled to share that I am one of the founding partners of a new, technology-driven, full-service law firm called Pierson Ferdinand, LLP.

There’s an extensive article today about Pierson Ferdinand in The American Lawyer. But I want to tell you even more about the firm!

Beginning this week, the firm will start serving clients worldwide from 20+ key markets in the United States. Pierson Ferdinand launches in Q1 2024 with commitments from 130+ partners representing 80+ practice areas in its corporate, litigation, and intellectual property departments.

Founded on principles of professionalism, responsiveness, and trust, our people are our most vital asset. I have practiced with many of these talented attorneys for several years, often on teams proactively counseling clients from emerging companies to publicly traded enterprises. We also serve as their zealous advocates in the courtroom. No matter the engagement, our team prides itself on giving each client the personalized attention they deserve.

Pierson Ferdinand is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, healthy, and inclusive working environment. I am delighted that so many of my partners who are passionate about these core tenets are among the founding partners, including the Chair of the DEI Committee, the Employment Counsel, the Chair of the ESG Practice, and the Chief Wellness Officer. Our diversity and mindfulness help to create a culture of family, collegiality, and collaboration, which benefits our clients and improves our law firm culture and overall well-being.

Our firm also embraces leading technology and is ever-ready to reinvest meaningfully to remain on the cutting edge. On Day One, we have a tech stack with a highly customized legal practice management platform and a fully integrated, algorithm-driven compensation model. Our partners will have access to Legal AI, research tools, and productivity software to deliver unmatched value for our clients.

(And if they want to subscribe to this blog, by all means. It’s free, after all.)

I could not be prouder to be part of one of the largest law firm launches in American legal history.
